Do you do custom work?

Yes. If you have a particular vintage find that you would like made into an Agnes original, please message or send a 'convo' through the Etsy shop to discuss rates & options.

 

How do I care for my bauble?

Please keep in mind that each centerpiece is vintage or an antique (a minimum of 25 years old). You should care for your bauble accordingly. Extreme heat, cold or excess water are not advised. Repairs are no-charge on all purchases so there is no need to fret.

 

Can you re-create baubles?

Because of their antique nature, baubles cannot be recreated. However, similar pieces may be made. Message or send a 'convo' through the Etsy shop with questions.

 

Can I return my purchase?

Returns are accepted under limited conditions. Please review the 'shop policies' section before purchasing.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Standard international shipping rates apply. Please note that customs will take a bit longer so plan for this when you purchase.
